英语词汇学习是英语学习的重要组成部分,学生掌握词汇量的多少,决定了他们在听、说、读、写等方面的能力,这也是决定他们英语水平的重要因素。新课标对初中英语词汇教学提出了更高的要求,而词汇教学作为初中英语教学的重要内容,是提高学生英语学习能力的首要前提,但传统的教师讲解、学生背记的词汇教学模式已经无法适应新课程理念的标准。依据自身教学经验,对新课标下的初中英语词汇教学进行了分析和探讨。
English vocabulary learning is an important part of English learning. Students’ ability to master vocabulary, which determines their listening, speaking, reading and writing skills, is also an important factor in their English proficiency. The new curriculum standards put forward higher requirements for English vocabulary teaching in junior high school. Vocabulary teaching, as an important part of junior high school English teaching, is the first prerequisite to improve students’ English learning ability. However, the traditional teacher explanation and the vocabulary teaching mode Can not adapt to the new curriculum concept of standards. According to their own teaching experience, the junior high school English vocabulary teaching under the new curriculum standard is analyzed and discussed.
