以宜万铁路大跨度铁路钢桁拱桥-万州长江大桥为工程背景,通过施工方案空间过程仿真进一步优化了杆件安装顺序,并确定了施工过程控制测试的重要杆件;无线综合测试系统的采用实现应力及线形的实时、定时巡测及定点单测数据采集,及时掌握了钢桁拱结构的线形及应力状态;温度效应的测试及理论计算,为选定合龙时机、利用温度变形进行杆件合龙的微调提供了有益的指导,实现了大跨度钢桁拱结构的零误差、零附加应力合龙。
