机场沥青道面设计中,土基顶面机轮荷载有效作用宽度对确定飞机作用次数具有重要影响。采用ANSYS软件分析方法,以单轴单轮荷载为基础研究土基强度、等效面层厚度与机轮荷载有效作用宽度之间的变化关系。对于复杂起落架结构,在考虑荷载叠加效应的条件下,探讨如何协调解决多个机轮间相互作用对荷载有效作用宽度的影响问题。结合分析成果,提出复杂起落架构型下飞机荷载有效作用宽度的计算方法。
In the design of asphalt pavement in airport, the effective width of the load on the top of the earth-based wheel has an important influence on the determination of the number of aircraft operations. ANSYS software analysis method is used to study the relationship between the strength of soil foundation, the thickness of equivalent surface layer and the effective width of wheel load on the basis of single-axle single-wheel load. For complex landing gear structure, considering the effect of load stacking, how to coordinate and solve the effect of interaction between multiple wheels on the effective width of load is discussed. Combining the results of the analysis, the calculation method of aircraft payload effective width under complex landing gear configuration is proposed.
