爪型干式真空泵的密封问题是设备故障中最常见的问题,其密封性能好坏直接决定泵能否正常工作。现有的爪型干式真空泵中轴端密封基本上都是采用机械密封、骨架密封或活塞环复合密封,这些密封都属于接触式密封,密封件容易损坏,需要频繁更换密封件。针对这类问题,提出了将迷宫密封装置应用在爪型干式真空泵轴端密封上,通过与原有的密封装置进行对比发现迷宫密封的密封性能要好。
The sealing problem of the claw-type dry vacuum pump is the most common problem in the equipment failure. The sealing performance of the pump directly determines whether the pump can work normally or not. In the existing claw-type dry vacuum pump, the shaft end seal basically adopts a mechanical seal, a skeleton seal or a piston ring compound seal. All these seals are contact seals, and the seal is easily damaged, and the seal needs to be replaced frequently. In order to solve these problems, we proposed to use the labyrinth sealing device on the shaft seal of the claw-type dry vacuum pump. Comparing with the original sealing device, we found that the labyrinth sealing performance is better.
