目的:按照专家自愿、量力而行、形式灵活多样的管理原则,营造和谐温馨的服务管理氛围,通过对老专家的人文关怀,尊重专家的个人意愿,实行弹性门诊,从而达到缓解患者就诊难问题。方法:①临时增加座诊时间;②延时门诊;③停诊专家利用业余时间临时补上门诊;④就诊高峰期,临时增加专家座诊时间。以上办法的实施,均以保证门诊质量及专家身体允许为前提。结果:通过上述办法的实施,从2007年底至2008年底,共增加座诊265人次,延时约10 773小时,增加就诊患者约24 165人次。结论:弹性门诊既保证了专家身体健康和门诊医疗质量,又满足了患者就诊需求,是医院解决患者看病难、看专家门诊更难的行之有效的办法之一。
Objective: To create a harmonious and warm atmosphere of service management according to the principle of volunteerism, due diligence, and flexible and diversified forms of experts. Efforts should be made to ease the problem of patient visits by practicing the flexible clinic with respect to the humanistic care of the old experts and respecting the individual wishes of the experts . Methods: ① Temporary increase of consultation time; ② Delayed clinic; ③ Dispensary experts make use of spare time to make up for outpatient service temporarily; ④ At the peak of treatment, increase the time of expert consultation temporarily. The implementation of the above measures, are to ensure the quality of out-patient and expert body allowable as a precondition. Results: Through the implementation of the above measures, a total of 265 clinics have been postponed from the end of 2007 to the end of 2008, with a delay of about 10,773 hours and an increase of about 24 to 165 visits. Conclusion: Elastic clinic not only ensures the health of experts and the quality of outpatient medical treatment, but also meets the needs of patients. It is one of the most effective measures for hospitals to solve the difficult problem of seeing patients and the more difficult to see outpatients.
