本文以“培养管理者工业文明精神、塑造员工独立人格”为出发点,通过对山西振东集团“炼人”案例进行深入剖析,提出具有中国特色的人力资源开发具有以下三个特征:第一,以管理者与员工“双轮驱动”为原动力;第二,以炼规范、炼能力、炼灵魂“三位一体”为主要内容;第三,体现了“中魂”与“西制”的制衡过程。本文还指出了局限性和未来发展方向。
