采用胎盼蓝染色法,3H-TdR掺入试验和流式细胞计数分析技术研究了c-mycmR-NA帽区反义寡脱氧核苷酸对人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞系增殖及其c-myc蛋白表达的影响,结果表明:c-myc反义寡脱氧核苷酸能抑制人乳腺癌MCF-7细胞系生长和增殖,这种抑制作用有明显的剂量依赖性,同时也能抑制MCF-7细胞c-myc蛋白的表达。此外,本文对c-myc基因调控细胞增殖及反义核苷酸的可能机制进行了探讨。
