用近红外的方法研究车用无铅汽油的限制组分苯含量的检测方法,建立了其近红外分析模型,对模型的预测准确性和近红外方法测定苯含量的重复性进行验证和评价,得出此方法符合标准方法的再现性要求并和标准方法之间无显著性差异。此方法分析速度快、结果重复性好,可用于汽油生产、调合及科研活动。
The near-infrared method was used to study the method of detecting the benzene content in the limited components of automotive unleaded gasoline. The near-infrared analysis model was established to verify and evaluate the predictive accuracy of the model and the repeatability of the benzene content determined by the near infrared method. It is concluded that this method meets the reproducibility requirements of the standard method and has no significant difference from the standard method. This method has the advantages of fast analysis, good repeatability and can be used in gasoline production, blending and research activities.
