2008年8月1日我国将自新疆阿勒泰经哈密市、酒泉市、西安市至郑州市一线发生日全食。日全食开始时间为北京时间19时左右,持续时间约2分钟。在我国新疆北部、东部,甘肃大部分地区及陕西省部分地区都可以看到日全食。它是2008年发生在我国令人瞩目的天象,具有重要科学观测和科普价值。日食每年都有发生,但由于全食带是一条狭窄的影带,据估计,平均每200～300年,某一地区或城市才有机会被全食带扫过,所以,对住在一个城市的人来说,一生可能未看到过一次日全食。因此这是一次极为难得的机遇!
On August 1, 2008, China will take a total solar eclipse from Altai in Xinjiang via Hami City, Jiuquan City, Xi’an City to Zhengzhou City. The total solar eclipse starts around 19:00 Beijing time and lasts for about 2 minutes. A total solar eclipse can be seen in northern and eastern Xinjiang, most parts of Gansu, and parts of Shaanxi Province. It is a remarkable sight in our country in 2008, with important scientific observations and scientific value. The eclipse happens every year, but since the whole food is a narrow band, it is estimated that every 200 to 300 years, a certain area or city will have the opportunity to be swept by the whole food, so it is necessary to live in a city. For people, they may not have seen a total solar eclipse in their lifetime. So this is an extremely rare opportunity!
