本文详细地研究了下层决策者之间部分或全部允许合作的权力分散多人递阶资源配置问题,对文献[2]中结果共享合作方式的结论作了推广,首次提出合作联盟利益分配的核心分配向量集的解概念,并讨论了一些基本性质。通过对核心分配向量集的分析可以指导下层决策者中哪些部门组成合作联盟能够获得更大的利益。文中利用实例作了分析说明。
This paper studies in detail the decentralized multi-person hierarchical resource allocation in which some or all of the lower-level decision-makers are allowed to cooperate. The paper extends the conclusion of the result-sharing cooperation in [2] and puts forward the core of interest distribution for the first time The concept of vector sets is assigned and some basic properties are discussed. Analysis of the core distribution vector set can guide the lower decision-makers in which departments to form a cooperative alliance to obtain greater benefits. In this paper, an example is given for analysis and explanation.
