本文采用MW—EFO金属丝形球装置考察了直径为35μm的纯铜丝的形球性能。文中对脉冲次电压、脉冲次数、脉冲频率、频宽比及氩气流量对形球质量的影响进行了分析,指出严格控制烧球能量的大小对控制球径和球度具有重要意义。并且指出,良好的气体保护是保证形球质量的关键。本文还对脉冲高压作用下的铜丝形球过程进行了初步分析。
In this paper, MW-EFO wire ball device was investigated diameter of 35μm pure copper wire ball performance. In this paper, the influence of pulse voltage, pulse frequency, pulse frequency, frequency bandwidth and argon flow on the quality of shaped ball is analyzed. It is pointed out that the strict control of the energy of the burning ball is of great significance to control the ball diameter and sphericity. And pointed out that a good gas protection is the key to guarantee the quality of the ball. This paper also made a preliminary analysis of the process of copper wire ball under the action of pulsed high pressure.
