目的:采用心理生理测验的方法,探讨和评价富氧室对提高和改善高原移居者脑体工作能力的可行性。方法:选择进驻海拔3700m6个月的某部20名汉族男性健康青年,分3批进入40.5m3相对密闭的房间,维持室内氧浓度24%~25%(富氧室)12h,进入前采用DDX-200型电脑多功能心理生理测试仪进行光信号记忆测验与右手左脚及左手右脚交叉运作频率的基础测试,测试后进行自行车功量运动(指标:功率225~250W、脉搏175~180次/min)运动达指标后重复上述测验;进入富氧室休息睡眠12h后,重复上述测验。结果:富氧前基础测验右手左脚交叉动作频率总次数,正确次数显著多于运动后(t=5.74,3.81,P<0.01),富氧后右手左脚与左手右脚交叉动作频率总次数、正确次数显著多于富氧前运动后(t=3.85,4.22,P<0.01),错误次数显著少于富氧前运动后(t=2.63,P<0.05);富氧后运动后视觉记忆错误显著少于富氧前运动后(t=4.79,2.27,P<0.05或0.01)。结论:高原富氧室能显著有效的改善和提高移居者脑-体功效能力。
OBJECTIVE: To explore and evaluate the feasibility of oxygen-enriched room to improve and improve the working ability of high-altitude migrant’s brain by using the method of psychophysiological test. Methods: A total of 20 Han male healthy youths who entered a certain altitude of 3700m 6 months were enrolled in 40.5m 3 confined rooms in 3 batches, maintaining an indoor oxygen concentration of 24% -25% (oxygen-enriched room) for 12 hours. Before entering, DDX- 200 computer multi-functional psychological physiology tester for optical signal memory test and right hand left foot and left hand right foot cross operation frequency of the basic test, after the test bike power exercise (indicators: power 225 ~ 250W, pulse 175 ~ 180 times / min) exercise after the above indicators repeat the test; into the oxygen-enriched room resting sleep 12h, repeat the above test. Results: The total frequency of right foot left foot crossover frequency was significantly higher than that before exercise (t = 5.74,3.81, P <0.01), and the total frequency of right hand left foot and left foot right foot crossing frequency after oxygen enrichment (T = 3.85, 4.22, P <0.01), the number of errors was significantly less than that before exercise (t = 2.63, P <0.05) The errors were significantly less than those before exercise (t = 4.79, 2.27, P <0.05 or 0.01). Conclusion: The plateau oxygen chamber can significantly and effectively improve the brain-body function of migrants.
