针对湖南丘陵地大面积幼龄油茶园行间的空闲土地资源,探索出丘陵地幼龄油茶园套种西瓜简约化高产栽培技术。该技术主要包括优良品种选择、种子处理、播期选择、育苗、定植、田间管理、采收等方面内容。该技术的应用既提高了土地利用率,又提高了生产效益,解决了丘陵地幼龄油茶园覆盖率低、投入大、效益低等问题。 Aiming at the free land resources between large-scale young oilfields in hilly areas of Hunan Province, we explored the simple and high-yielding cultivation techniques of watermelon intercropping in young oilfields. The technology includes selection of fine varieties, seed treatment, sowing date, nursery, planting, field management, harvesting and so on. The application of this technology not only improves the land utilization rate, but also improves the production efficiency, and solves the problems of low covering rate, large investment and low efficiency in young oil tea garden in hilly land.
