观察反思是教师专业发展和自我成长的核心要素,随着教育的前进,观察反思已经成为当前课程改革中教师急需培养的一种专业技能。在观察反思中,老师得到了成长,幼儿得到了发展,课程得到了丰富。下面分享“苏绣寻品,培养秀德”这个由观察反思引发在地域文化中开发德育课程资源的故事,期盼能在分享成长的同时,守护我们的文化遗产,践行社会主义核心价值观之“爱国、敬业”。
Observation and reflection are the core elements of teacher professional development and self-growth. With the advancement of education, observation and reflection have become a kind of professional skill that teachers urgently need to cultivate in the current curriculum reform.
