《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020年)》中规定,“促进办学体制多样化,扩大优质资源。推进培养模式多样化,满足不同潜质学生的发展需要。探索发现和培养创新人才的途径。鼓励普通高中办出特色。鼓励有条件的普通高中根据需要适当增加职业教育的教学内容。”笔者认为,普通高中多样化发展,其核心问题是培养模式多样化。培养模式多样化是教育本质回归人的智能是多元的,学生的潜质是不同的,他们发展的起点也是有差异的。教育要以人为本,特别是高中阶段强调学生全面而有个性的发展,普通高中的培养模式,必然也是多样化的。也只能这样才能满足学生充分的个性发展的需要。
