在建筑工程施工中,地基处理及基础施工由于其隐蔽性、复杂性及事故多发性等原因,往往是工程管理的重点和难点,对整个建筑工程的质量和安全至为重要。而地基处理及基坑支护又是基础施工的关键所在,且施工难度较大,尤其是淤泥质复杂地基,施工过程中遇到的不确定性因素较多,存在根据现场地质实际情况优化和调整基坑支护及地基处理方案的可能,以求最大限度的保证基坑和支护安全。文章将以某工程为例,主要探讨了淤泥质复杂基坑地基处理及支护技术,包括电梯基坑、深大承台等“坑中坑”的支护和地基处理方法,并深入研究了其应用注意事项。
