以乙烯砜作交联剂,聚乙烯醇作包膜材料,对P204浸渍树脂进行稳定化处理,得到稳定化的P204浸渍树脂。研究了该树脂在硫酸介质中吸附铟的性能。静态实验表明,稳定后的P204浸渍树脂对铟具有较好的吸附性能。经过8次吸附-洗脱-吸附循环后,该树脂的吸附容量变化很小。其最佳吸附pH为2.5,最大吸附容量为16.7 mg.g-1。升温不利于吸附。其等温吸附式符合Langmuir式。
Using vinyl sulfone as crosslinking agent and polyvinyl alcohol as coating material, P204 impregnated resin was stabilized to obtain stabilized P204 impregnated resin. The adsorption of indium in sulfuric acid medium was studied. Static experiments show that the stabilized P204 impregnated resin has good adsorption performance on indium. After 8 adsorption-elution-adsorption cycles, the adsorption capacity of the resin changed little. The optimum adsorption pH was 2.5 and the maximum adsorption capacity was 16.7 mg.g-1. Heating is not conducive to adsorption. Its isothermal adsorption type conforms to Langmuir style.
