在人们焦急等待“7.23”动车事故调查结果出笼之际,上海地铁10号线再度上演追尾惨剧。271人受伤,全线停运,在9月28日晚8点才恢复营运。很多人将原因归咎为地铁近年来的地铁建设大跃进。2009年,国务院批复22个城市的地铁建设规划,总投资达到8820.03亿元。时至2010年,中国已有近30个城市和地区都在着手进行轨道交通的建设、规划,涉及的线路项目多达110多条。
In people anxiously waiting for “7.23 ” motor car accident survey results came out, the Shanghai Metro Line 10 staged a tragedy again. 271 people were injured and were suspended throughout the line. Operation was resumed at 8pm on the 28th of September. Many people blame the reason for the subway construction in recent years the Great Leap Forward. In 2009, the State Council approved the subway construction plans of 22 cities with a total investment of 882.003 billion yuan. By 2010, nearly 30 cities and regions in China are already embarking on the construction and planning of rail transit, involving as many as 110 line projects.
