1992年5月8日在长沙有色冶金设计研究院召开了湖南有色金属学会稀有金属学术委员会委员会议、“萃取技术在稀有金属冶金中的应用”专题学术交流会及第五次《稀有金属与硬质合金》杂志董事会代表会议。会议由省稀有金属学术委员会主任委员谭忠国同志主持。长沙有色冶金设计研究院严达凡院长、孙家（丽彡）老院长及湖南有色金属学会副秘书长张殿英同志出席了会议。严院长在讲话中对来自各兄弟单位的负责同志表示衷心的感谢,欢迎各位代表对学委会的工作及《稀有金属与硬质合金》杂志提出宝贵的意见。
May 8, 1992 Changsha Nonferrous Metallurgy Design and Research Institute held a meeting of Hunan Nonferrous Metals Society of rare metals Academic Committee, “extraction technology in the application of rare metals and metallurgy,” thematic exchange and the fifth “rare metals and hard Metals ”magazine board meeting. The conference was presided over by Tan Zhongguo, chairman of the Provincial Rare Metal Academic Committee. Changsha Nonferrous Metallurgy Design and Research Institute Yan Da where president, Sun (Li 彡) dean and Hunan Nonferrous Metals Society Deputy Secretary-General Zhangdian Zhang attended the meeting. In his speech, President Yan expressed his heartfelt thanks to the responsible comrades from all the fraternal units and welcomed the deputies’ valuable opinions on the work of the Academic Committee and the magazine Rare Metal and Cemented Carbide.
