1 前言在球墨铸铁的生产领域中,型内球化技术和随流处理技术目前被认为是近期的二项重大成就。其中每项技术都可以用于处理液态金属,获得各种不同的冶金转变。随流处理技术是反应发生在密闭的流槽中,流槽放置在炉子与浇包之间或在浇包与铸型之间。型内球化工艺是反应发生在特殊设计的浇注系统的型腔内,然而,型内球化能力受到限制,当浇注重量超过680kg时,型内球化便不适用。而随流处理技术则适用浇注重量大的铸件。
1 Introduction In the field of ductile iron production, intragranular and stream processing technologies are currently considered as two major recent achievements. Each of these technologies can be used to process liquid metals for a variety of metallurgical transformations. With stream processing technology the reaction takes place in a closed flow cell placed between the furnace and the ladle or between the ladle and the mold. The type of internal balling process is the reaction occurs in the cavity of the specially designed casting system, however, the type of ball within the limited capacity, when the pouring weight of more than 680kg, the type of ball is not applicable. With the flow processing technology is suitable for casting heavy castings.
