采用单因素试验方法,研究微生物和中草药联合制剂对罗非鱼生长的影响。实验分5组,鱼种规格为9.90±0.41 cm,分别投喂基础饲料添加6%的放置8个月的添加剂(A组)、基础饲料添加6%的现配现用的添加剂(B组)、基础饲料添加6%的已稀释到30%的现配现用的添加剂(C组)、基础饲料添加6%的其他公司同类产品(D组)和基础饲料(对照E组),室内饲养30 d。结果表明:联合制剂对罗非鱼的体重和体长的增长有显著影响(P<0.05),并且B组的体重增长率和体长增长率最高,比对照组分别升高119.03%、17.86%,且该组的饲料系数也是最低的,较对照组下降40%;各组的成活率无显著差异(P>0.05)。实验组的氨氮极显著地高于对照组(P<0.01),而亚硝酸氮极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。实验结果可见,联合制剂能显著促进罗非鱼幼鱼生长,提高饲料的利用,并且B组添加剂的效果最佳;此型联合制剂对氨氮无降低作用,但有较明显的降亚硝酸氮作用。
The single factor test was used to study the effects of the combination of microorganism and Chinese herbal medicine on the growth of tilapia. The experiment was divided into 5 groups, the species size was 9.90 ± 0.41 cm, 6% of the basic feed was supplemented with 6% of the additive for 8 months (group A), 6% of the basic feed was added with the additive (group B) , Basal diet supplemented with 6% of ready-to-use supplements (group C) diluted to 30%, 6% of other companies’ similar products (group D) and basal diet (group E) d. The results showed that the combined preparation had significant effects on the growth of body weight and body length of tilapia (P <0.05), and the weight gain and body length growth rate of group B were the highest, which were 119.03% and 17.86% , And the feedstuff coefficient of this group was also the lowest, which was 40% lower than that of the control group. There was no significant difference in the survival rate of each group (P> 0.05). The ammonia nitrogen in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.01), while nitrous oxide was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.01). The experimental results show that the combination preparation can significantly promote the growth of juvenile tilapia and improve the utilization of feed, and the effect of the additive of group B is the best; the combination preparation has no effect on the reduction of ammonia nitrogen, but has obvious reduction of nitrite nitrogen .
