一、前言 我们在对复杂样品中的有机物进行分析时,通常采用的是液—液萃取,固相萃取(SPE)和超临界萃取(SFE)等技术。但这些方法都存在着不同程度上的缺陷,如:费用高、操作复杂、费时间及有毒的有机溶剂对人体的侵害。 而美国SUPELCO推出的SPME技术克服了以前传统的样品预处理技术的缺陷,它无需溶剂和复杂装置,它能直接从液体或气体样品中采集挥发和非挥发性的化合物,可以直接在GC,GC/MS和HPLC上分析。能与任何型号的气相和液相色谱连用,有手动和自动进样两种。
I. INTRODUCTION When analyzing organic compounds in complex samples, we usually use liquid-liquid extraction, solid-phase extraction (SPE) and supercritical fluid extraction (SFE). However, these methods all have different degrees of defects, such as: high cost, complex operation, time-consuming and toxic organic solvents on the human body.
