为了研究新化合物HNPC-A14343及其异构体HNPC-A14344对害螨的杀螨活性,采用浸渍法研究了HNPC-A14343和HNPC-A14344及其1∶1的混合物对棉红蜘蛛的杀螨活性,其对害螨的活性经温室和田间小区防治山楂叶螨和柑桔红蜘蛛的药效试验确证。试验结果表明,HNPC-A14343/14344对棉红蜘蛛具有高活性,LC_(50)值为0.35~0.41 mg/L;温室和田间试验结果也表明,HNPC-A14343/14344对山楂叶螨和柑桔红蜘蛛的防治效果与同等剂量条件下的对照药剂螺螨酯处于同一水平,且速效性优于螺螨酯,具有进一步研究与开发价值。
