碳-氧键构建是目前有机合成方法学的一个研究热点.近年来,利用过氧化叔丁醇构建碳-氧键的自由基反应引起化学家们的广泛关注,并取得了诸多的进展.该类反应中过氧化叔丁醇不仅作为氧化剂,而且作为氧原子的来源,提供了一种绿色、高原子经济性合成酮、酯、醇等的方法.按反应底物化学键类型的不同,对近年来过氧化叔丁醇参与碳-氧键构建的研究进展进行了综述.
Carbon-oxygen bond formation is currently a hot research topic in the field of organic synthesis methodology. In recent years, radical reactions using t-butylperoxide to build carbon-oxygen bonds have drawn the attention of chemists and many advances have been made. Tert-Butyl alcohol peroxide not only acts as an oxidant, but also provides a green, high-cost economical method for the synthesis of ketones, esters, alcohols and the like as the source of oxygen atoms. According to the difference of chemical bond types of reaction substrates, The progress of the research on the involvement of tert-butanol in the formation of carbon-oxygen bond was reviewed.
