目的 探讨急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者心率减速力(decelerationcapacityofrate,DC)检测结果的特征及临床意义。方法 选择65例窦性心律的AMI患者(AMI组)及58例非急性心肌梗死者(对照组),进行24h动态心电图检查,应用国内自行研制的DC处理软件,离线计算DC值。结果 AMI组与对照组DC值有统计学差异(p<0.001)。结论 AMI组DC值明显低于对照组,提示AMI患者存在迷走神经功能受损,迷走神经的保护作用下降。DC检测是猝死预警的新技术,值得临床应用及推广。
Objective To investigate the characteristics and clinical significance of the detection of deceleration rate (DC) in patients with acute myocardial infarction (AMI). Methods Sixty-five AMI patients with sinus rhythm (AMI group) and 58 non AMI patients (control group) were enrolled in this study. 24h dynamic electrocardiogram (ECG) was performed. DC software was developed by ourselves and the DC value was calculated offline. Results There was a significant difference in DC between AMI group and control group (p <0.001). Conclusions The DC value in AMI group is significantly lower than that in control group, suggesting that the vagus nerve function is impaired in AMI patients and the protective effect of vagus nerve is decreased. DC detection is a new technology for early warning of sudden death, which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
