以1Cr18Ni9Ti为基体,采用超音速电弧喷涂技术制备NiTi涂层,通过扫描电镜、X射线衍射研究了涂层的性能,并用超声波伸缩振动空蚀试验机进行了空蚀试验。结果表明,超音速电弧喷涂NiTi涂层中产生了孔隙和NiO、TiO氧化物相,降低了NiTi的超弹性,使NiTi涂层的抗空蚀性能下降。
NiTi coatings were prepared by supersonic arc spraying with 1Cr18Ni9Ti as substrate. The properties of the coating were studied by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction. The cavitation erosion test was carried out by using ultrasonic stretching vibration cavitation testing machine. The results show that pores and NiO and TiO oxide phases are produced in the supersonic arc sprayed NiTi coating, which reduces the superelasticity of NiTi and reduces the cavitation resistance of the NiTi coating.
