在国外,砌体结构的发展也有很长的历史,并得到了广泛的使用。砌体结构不仅应用于低层、多层建筑,也用于高层建筑;不仅用于非地震区,也用于地震区,并经受了20多年的地震考验,表现出良好的抗震性能。在设计理论方面,许多国家改变了长期沿用按弹性理论的容许应力设计方法的传统,积极采用极限状态设计方法。目前国际标准化组织砌体结构技术委员会(ISO/TC179)正在编制国际砌体结构设计规范,采用以近似概率理论为基础的安全度法则,这将使砌体结构的设计方法提高到一个新的水平。为此,在总结我国砌体结构发展历程的同时,提出我国砌体结构未来的发展方向。
Abroad, the development of masonry structure also has a long history, and has been widely used. Masonry structures are not only used in low-rise, multi-story buildings but also in high-rise buildings. They are not only used in non-seismic areas but also in seismic areas and have undergone more than 20 years of earthquake tests showing good seismic performance. In the design theory, many countries have changed the tradition of using the permissible stress design method according to the elastic theory for a long time and actively adopted the limit state design method. At present, the International Organization for Standardization (MIP) masonry structure technical committee (ISO / TC179) is in the process of compiling the international masonry structure design code and adopting the safety rule based on approximate probability theory, which will raise the masonry structure design method to a new level . To this end, summarizing the development of China’s masonry structure at the same time, put forward the future direction of the development of China’s masonry structure.
