目的:研究雪松松针的化学成分。方法:利用硅胶柱层析及Sephadex LH-20凝胶等色谱技术分离、纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从雪松松针95%乙醇提取物中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:二十九烷醇-10(1)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(2)、原儿茶酸(3)、邻苯二甲酸二-(2-乙基)己酯(4)、(E)-1-O-对香豆酰基-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(5)、5-p-trans-coumaroylguinic acid(6)。结论:化合物1~6均为首次从该属植物中分离得到。
Objective: To study the chemical composition of pine needles. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 gel chromatography. Their structures were elucidated on the basis of physico-chemical properties and spectral data. Results: Six compounds were isolated from 95% ethanolic extracts of cedar pine needles and identified as nonacosanol-10 (1), dibutyl phthalate (2), protocatechuic acid (3) (E) -1-O-para-coumaroyl-β-D-glucopyranoside (5), 5-p-trans- coumaroylguinic acid (6). Conclusion: Compounds 1 ~ 6 were isolated from this genus for the first time.
