路网空车调整计划是全路技术计划的重要内容,编制科学优化的空车调整计划对加速车辆周转具有重要意义。在分析路网空车调整问题的基础上,确定路网空车调整系统的目标与功能,按空车集结输送的组织方法,提出调空区段、空车计算站和空车集结站等概念以降低问题计算规模,引入空车走行径路使空车调整计算结果更具有可操作性。设计空车调整优化计算过程,通过实际数据计算验证表明,该计算方法能够按预订要求编制空车调整计划,编制结果令人满意。
Road and air vehicle adjustment plan is an important part of the technical plan of the whole road. The preparation of a scientific and optimized empty vehicle adjustment plan is of great significance for accelerating vehicle turnover. On the basis of analyzing the adjustment problem of empty car on road network, the concept and function of empty car adjustment system on road network are determined. According to the organization of empty car assembly and delivery, the concept of emptying section, empty car calculating station and empty car assembling station are proposed In order to reduce the problem calculation scale, the introduction of empty car path to empty car adjustment calculation results more operational. Design empty car to optimize the calculation process, verified by the actual data calculation shows that the calculation method can be prepared according to the requirements of empty car adjustment plan, the preparation of satisfactory results.
