目的了解湖南省公共场所集中空调通风管道内表面积尘量和微生物污染情况。方法根据《公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生规范》[1]要求,对湖南省多家宾馆、医院和超市等公共场所的通风系统积尘量和微生物污染进行采样监测。结果三年来,医院风管内表面积尘量、细菌总数和真菌总数合格率分别为83.8%、95.4%、95.4%;酒店、宾馆三个指标的合格率分别为83.3%、66.7%、100%;商场的三个指标合格率分别为27.3%、72.7%、100%。结论医院、宾馆、酒店的集中空调通风系统三年来卫生状况比较好,大型商场的污染状况比较严重。湖南省公共场所集中空调通风系统卫生工作需要继续加强完善。
Objective To understand the dust accumulation and microbial contamination of the inner surface of central air conditioning and ventilation ducts in public places in Hunan Province. Methods According to the Hygienic Standard for Ventilation System of Central Air Conditioning System in Public Places [1], sampling and monitoring the amount of dust accumulation and microbial contamination in ventilation systems in public places such as hotels, hospitals and supermarkets in Hunan Province were conducted. Results Three years, the passing rate of dust, bacteria and fungi in the inner surface of the hospital wind tunnel were 83.8%, 95.4% and 95.4% respectively. The pass rates of the three indicators of hotels and guesthouses were 83.3%, 66.7% and 100% respectively. The three indicators pass rate was 27.3%, 72.7%, 100%. Conclusion The health condition of centralized air conditioning and ventilation system in hospitals, hotels and hotels is good in three years and the pollution in large shopping centers is serious. Central air conditioning and ventilation systems in public places in Hunan Province need to continue to improve health work.
