社会关系在农民创业活动中发挥着重要的作用,是影响农民创业绩效的关键因素之一,但在以往的研究中,其影响的内部路径尚未被详尽阐述。文章以中国农村地区创业者为研究对象,探索了社会关系对农民创业绩效的影响,并检验了农民创业者资源获取的效率和效果在以上关系中所起的中介作用。研究结果表明,农民创业者的社会关系规模和社会关系强度是影响创业绩效的重要因素,同时资源获取在社会关系与农民创业绩效的正相关关系中发挥了部分中介作用。
Social relations play an important role in peasant entrepreneurship activities and are one of the key factors that affect the peasant’s entrepreneurial performance. However, the internal path of its influence has not been exhaustively elaborated in previous studies. This paper explores the influence of social relations on the entrepreneurial performance of peasants and explores the intermediary role played by the efficiency and effectiveness of peasant entrepreneurial resource acquisition in the above relations. The results show that the scale of social relations and the strength of social relations are important factors that affect entrepreneurial performance. At the same time, resource access plays a partial mediating role in the positive relationship between social relations and entrepreneurial performance.
