通过马尾松栽培家系的变异、遗传参数及相关性等分析结果,筛选出代表药材松针的质量性状-莽草酸和原花青素含量(遗传力0.90,0.77)、产量性状-单枝干重(遗传力0.60)、束长(遗传力0.46)和采收性状-叶长。根据松针作为中成药原料药与植提物提取原料物的权重估算和指数方程的构建方法,复方中成药原料药的马尾松家系筛选,选用等权法加倍数调整估算权重,构建的综合选择指数法方程(准确度0.936 4和指数遗传力0.881 6)略好于等权法,两者筛选出的优良家系均为46,43,28,优于约束指数方程。作为植提物提取原料物的马尾松家系筛选,选用偏回归系数法估算权重,构建的综合选择指数方程,准确度(0.941 5),指数遗传力(0.889 9)以及莽草酸遗传增益在所有方程中最高,筛选出的优良家系为46,27,47。表明药材性状经济效益最优型为46号家系。研究认为:合理选用不同的权重估算和指数方程构建方法,可以提高药材松针的终产品经济效益增长为目标的优良家系筛选的准确度。
