铣刨机履带行走系统一般有4条履带,且每条履带较短,没有托链轮,支重轮的布置受到整机履带行走系统结构的限制,特别是受到履带张紧装置的限制。以CLG568型铣刨机为例对铣刨机支重轮的设计进行分析。认为支重轮的设计要以支重轮的静态受力、动态受力和铣刨机的最大行走速度为条件。对支重轮中的重要组成零件如:轮体、轴、轴承和浮动密封圈进行设计时,应该充分考虑各个零件之间的相互影响。轮体设计最重要的参数是直径,轮体的直径越大支重轮的转速越低,支重轮的转速越低,它的磨损越少、发热量越少。轴的设计应以支重轮的动力受力为条件,进行强度设计,在满足强度设计的同时,应该有足够的刚性,同时,应该合理设计轴和滑动轴承的配合,以便得到理想的油膜厚度。浮动密封圈的选用非常重要,必须符合高温工况的要求。支重轮的装配要注意3点:①零件必须清洁干净。②浮动密封圈不许有气孔、划伤等缺陷。③润滑油用量准确:量多了不利于散热,量少了不利于润滑。

Floating seal selection is very important, must meet the requirements of high temperature conditions. Roller wheel assembly should pay attention to 3:00: ① parts must be clean. ② Floating seals are not allowed to have holes, scratches and other defects. ③ accurate dosage of lubricating oil: the amount of more is not conducive to heat, the less the amount is not conducive to lubrication.
