目的 观察LB Ⅰ对Ⅱ°皮肤放射损伤的治疗效果。方法 采用小型猪作为实验动物 ,复制Ⅱ°皮肤放射损伤实验模型 ,随机分为治疗组、龙胆紫组和空白对照组 ,观察LB Ⅰ对损伤的治疗效果和组织学改变。并将 1996年 1月~ 1998年 6月 60例发生Ⅱ°皮肤放射损伤的病人 ,随机分为治疗组与对照组 ,观察LB Ⅰ对损伤的治疗效果。结果 动物实验与临床研究结果均表明LB Ⅰ可以使皮肤创面平均愈合时间和平均愈合速度明显加快 ,总有效率明显提高 ,统计学处理有显著差异P <0 .0 1,而且临床症状迅速改变。结论 LB Ⅰ对皮肤放射损伤有显著的治疗效果 ,建议临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of LB I on radiation injury of II° skin. Methods Minipigs were used as experimental animals to replicate the skin injury model of II° skin injury. They were randomly divided into treatment group, gentian violet group and blank control group to observe the therapeutic effect and histological changes of LB I on injury. From January 1996 to June 1998, 60 patients with radiation injury to skin caused by II° were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group to observe the treatment effect of LB I on the injury. Results The results of animal experiments and clinical studies showed that LB I can significantly accelerate the average healing time and average healing rate of wounds on the skin, and the total effective rate was significantly improved. Statistical analysis showed a significant difference P 0. 01, and the clinical symptoms changed rapidly. Conclusions LB I has a significant therapeutic effect on skin radiation injury and is recommended for clinical use.
