报道了低增益区Ti3+Al2O3红外飞秒激光器的连续及自锁模运转情况.采用四镜折叠像散补偿腔,对于连续波运转,泵浦阈值功率为5.8W,其调谐范围为0.9~0.97μm.在腔内加入棱镜对后,其阈值提高至8.9W;当氩离子全线泵浦功率为14.5W时,实现了中心波长为0.944μm、脉宽为37fs、光谱半宽为33nm、平均功率为80mW的自锁模飞秒激光输出.
The continuous and self-mode locking operation of Ti3 + Al2O3 infrared femtosecond laser in low gain region is reported. A four-mirror folded astigmatism compensation cavity is adopted. For continuous wave operation, the pump threshold power is 5.8W and its tuning range is 0.9 ~ 0.97μm. After the prism pair was added into the cavity, the threshold value increased to 8.9W. When the pump power of argon ion was 14.5W, the center wavelength was 0.944μm, the pulse width was 37fs and the spectral half-width was 33nm. The mean Self-mode-mode femtosecond laser output with power of 80mW.
