步入新世纪以来,中国的经济快速发展,在众多企业严格要求员工工作以适应激烈市场竞争的同时,员工的家庭工作冲突问题也日益凸出。它已经成为影响员工生活工作满意度的一个重要因素,也是企业要持续提高员工工作热情的一个难题。本文试图通过角色冲突理论对家庭——工作冲突的形式及来源,作用过程进行分析,并提出平衡策略,希望能为解决这个问题提供一点建议。
Since entering the new century, China’s rapid economic development, many enterprises strictly require staff to adapt to the fierce market competition at the same time, the conflict between employees of family work has become increasingly prominent. It has become an important factor that affects the life satisfaction of employees and also a difficult problem for enterprises to continually improve the enthusiasm of employees. This paper attempts to analyze the form and source of the conflict between family and work through the conflict of character theory, and puts forward the counterbalancing strategy. I hope it can provide some advice to solve this problem.
