改革开放之后,我国的经济得到了迅速的发展,施工企业的发展也相当迅速。由于我国市场经济改革的深入,建筑市场竞争加剧。想要在行业竞争中获得先机,立于不败之地。只有加强成本管理,提供质优价廉的产品,提高利润,企业才能发展壮大。虽然我国施工企业项目成本管理取得了一定成效,但成本管理思想落后、管理制度不健全,从而造成成本管理执行力弱,导致成本管理较差,竞争力不强,与国外先进施工企业管理差距很大。分析我国目前施工企业项目成本管理当中存在的问题,制定相应的对策,这就需要紧密联系施工企业项目成本管理的实际情况。本文通过分析当前施工企业项目成本管理的现状,促使企业增加内部成本管理的执行力。
