研究了在溶剂脱蜡工艺中采用流化床换热器代替套管结晶器时 ,流化床换热器中流化固体颗粒空隙率及流化固体颗粒大小、换热器传热温差和传热效率与脱蜡效果等因素的关系。试验表明 ,换热器的传热系数较传统的套管结晶器有大幅的提高 (5~ 7倍 ) ;油收率增加 3 %~ 5 % ,蜡收率增加 2 %~ 4% ,蜡含油率可降至 3 %以下 ;工艺简单 ,设备易于维护 ;有较大的经济效益。该试验为进一步的工业试验提供了可靠的基础数据。
