本文较系统地回顾了我省马铃薯生产的历史和现状,着重介绍了脱毒技术及其应用研究。1991-1994年,采用茎尖分生组织培养和指示植物鉴定法对14个马铃薯品种进行了脱毒,快速繁殖脱毒试管苗125.5万株,扦插繁殖脱毒微型原原种49万枚,无虫网棚繁殖混合型原原种30542kg,在高山原种基地生产1代优质原种84.6万kg。4年来,脱毒种薯应用面积累计达3.52万hm ̄2,平均增产率30.7%-223.8%,脱毒马铃薯繁种供种的应用技术体系,已初见雏型。
This article systematically reviews the history and current situation of potato production in our province, focusing on the detoxification technology and its application. In 1991-1994, 14 potato varieties were detoxified by shoot apical meristem culture and indicator plant identification method. There were 1.255 million detoxification tube seedlings and 490,000 detoxification mini-protozoa , Non-insect net shed breeding hybrid original 30542kg, production base in Alpine one generation of high-quality original 846000 kg. In the past four years, the application area of virus-free seed potato has reached 35,200 hm ~ 2 with an average increase rate of 30.7% -223.8%. Application technology system for virus-free potato breeding has been seen.
