垂体腺瘤虽是少见病,但在尸解中约占24％,在脑瘤发生率中仅次于胶质细胞瘤及脑膜瘤而居第三位,占10.4％左右,因此在神经外科是常见病。由于垂体是人体一个重要的内分泌腺,因此垂体腺瘤对人体很多系统均有影响,特别是与女性生殖系统的关系更为密切。我们分析了从1959年至1977年所收治的224例女性垂体腺瘤病例,观察共手术前后的月经情况,为今后的临床诊断和治疗提供参考。

We observed the menstrual conditions before and after surgery and provided reference for future clinical diagnosis and treatment.
