《红楼梦》七十九回、八十回集中叙写的夏金桂为香菱改名字的情节,揭示了名与实之间并没有必然的联系,只是一种任意性的关系。同时,名实关系的决定者是一层层夏金桂那样的“主子”。这反映了作者对儒家历来的“正名论”的深刻批判意识。
The seventy-nine backs of the “Dream of Red Mansions” and Xia Jin-gui’s narrative of eighty Hui narratives changed the name of Xiangling to reveal the fact that there is no necessary connection between name and reality, but an arbitrary relationship. At the same time, the determinants of the relationship between name and reality are the layers of Xia Jinui that “master.” This reflects the author’s deep critical awareness of Confucianism’s “theory of rectification of names.”
