碾压混凝土(RCC)是一种由水、骨料和少量水泥制备的干混凝土,铺设压实后可作为结构物或道路基础。该文以碾压混凝土路面的再生骨料为研究对象,分析其在碾压混凝土配合比设计中替代天然碎石骨料的可行性。试验结果表明:再生骨料的物理性能满足混凝土的要求,天然骨料和再生骨料的混凝土路面压实度均满足规范要求,虽天然骨料混凝土的抗压强度相对较高,但再生骨料更符合环保节能的发展趋势,证实了废旧混凝土再生骨料可以在路面中进行循环利用。
RCC (RCC) is a type of dry concrete made from water, aggregates and a small amount of cement that can be used as a structural or road foundation after compaction. In this paper, the recycled aggregate of RCC pavement is taken as the research object, and its feasibility of replacing natural aggregate with RCC design is analyzed. The experimental results show that the physical properties of recycled aggregate meet the requirements of concrete. The compaction degree of natural aggregate and recycled aggregate concrete meet the requirements of the specification. Although the compressive strength of natural aggregate concrete is relatively high, More in line with the development trend of environmental protection and energy saving, confirmed that recycled aggregate concrete waste can be recycled in the road.
