铂由于其优异的催化活性而被广泛用于工业催化剂中。含铂催化剂资源丰富,铂含量高。它是珍贵贵金属的二次资源。因此,回收废催化剂具有重要意义。实验的最佳条件如下:酸度为8mol/L,硫酸,液固比为6:1,温度为110℃,时间为4h,载体溶解速率为95%,铂浓缩约18倍。最佳条件为:盐酸浓度为8mol/L,液体与固体的比例为8:1,反应温度为60℃,反应时间为2h,氯酸钠的用量为10%率高达99.8%。然后通过氯化粉末的沉淀回收,最终的海绵铂产品,铂回收率为92%。
Platinum is widely used in industrial catalysts due to its excellent catalytic activity. Platinum-rich catalyst is rich in resources, high platinum content. It is a secondary resource of precious precious metals. Therefore, the recovery of spent catalyst is of great significance. The optimum conditions are as follows: the acidity is 8mol / L, the ratio of sulfuric acid to liquid is 6: 1, the temperature is 110 ℃, the time is 4h, the dissolution rate of the carrier is 95% and the concentration of platinum is about 18 times.
