目的研究鸟氨酸脱羧酶(ODC)与口腔白斑的发生、发展乃至癌变潜能的关系。方法选取2009—2010年大连医科大学附属第一医院口腔科收治且经病理确诊的口腔白斑患者22例,以其病变黏膜组织为研究对象,同时以11例正常口腔黏膜、22例口腔扁平苔藓组织和22例口腔鳞癌组织为对照。采用免疫组化法检测ODC在各种组织中的表达,并对阳性率进行比较分析。结果在口腔正常黏膜、扁平苔藓、白斑和鳞癌组织中ODC的阳性率依次增加;ODC在口腔扁平苔藓中的阳性率高于正常黏膜,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),ODC在口腔白斑中的阳性率与正常黏膜和扁平苔藓的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),口腔鳞癌组织中ODC的阳性率显著高于其余组(P<0.05)。结论 ODC表达程度可用于判断口腔白斑的恶变倾向及口腔鳞癌的恶性程度。
Objective To study the relationship between ornithine decarboxylase (ODC) and the occurrence, development and even carcinogenic potential of oral leukoplakia. Methods Twenty-two cases of oral leukoplakia diagnosed by Department of Stomatology, the First Affiliated Hospital of Dalian Medical University from 2009 to 2010 were selected and their mucosal tissues were taken as the research object. Eleven patients with normal oral mucosa and 22 patients with oral lichen planus And 22 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma as control. The expression of ODC in various tissues was detected by immunohistochemistry, and the positive rate was analyzed comparatively. Results The positive rate of ODC in oral normal mucosa, lichen planus, leukoplakia and squamous cell carcinoma increased successively. The positive rate of ODC in oral lichen planus was higher than that in normal mucosa, but the difference was not statistically significant (P> 0.05) The positive rate of oral leukoplakia and normal mucosa and lichen planus were significantly different (P <0.05), the positive rate of ODC in oral squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than the other groups (P <0.05). Conclusion ODC expression level can be used to determine the malignant tendencies of oral leukoplakia and oral squamous cell carcinoma.
