目的识别和分析某涂料生产项目产生的职业病危害因素的种类和程度,分析和评价其职业病危害防护措施及效果。方法通过职业卫生现场调查、职业病危害因素检测、职业健康检查、检查表分析法等方法对该项目进行评价。结果该企业在生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素有化学毒物〔苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、环己酮、二异氰酸甲苯酯(TDI)〕,粉尘(滑石粉尘、二氧化钛粉尘、其他粉尘),噪声。检测结果表明:化学毒物中苯、甲苯、二甲苯、乙酸丁酯、环己酮、TDI的短时间接触浓度(STEL)和时间加权浓度(TWA)的检测结果均符合国家卫生标准要求。仅有化学毒物乙酸乙酯STEL的检测结果超出国家卫生标准要求,检测结果为12.18~340.69mg/m3,在10个检测点中有1个检测点超标。粉尘浓度和噪声强度均符合国家卫生标准限值。结论在确保各类防护设施有效运行、保证生产设备的正常运转的情况下,该项目在职业病危害控制方面是可行的。
Objective To identify and analyze the types and degree of occupational hazards caused by a paint production project and to analyze and evaluate the protective measures and effects of occupational hazards. Methods The project was evaluated by occupational health field investigation, occupational disease hazard testing, occupational health examination, checklist analysis and other methods. Results There were chemical hazards (benzene, toluene, xylene, ethyl acetate, butyl acetate, cyclohexanone, tolylene diisocyanate (TDI)), dust , Titanium dioxide dust, other dust), noise. The test results show that the detection results of benzene, toluene, xylene, butyl acetate, cyclohexanone, TDI (short time contact concentration) and time weighted concentration (TWA) in chemical poisons meet the requirements of national sanitary standards. Only the test result of chemical poisonous ethyl acetate STEL surpassed the national sanitary standard, the test result was 12.18 ~ 340.69mg / m3, and one of the 10 test points exceeded the standard. Dust concentration and noise intensity are in line with national health standards limit. Conclusion The project is feasible in the control of occupational hazards in ensuring the effective operation of various types of protective facilities and ensuring the normal operation of production equipment.
