目的 :探讨CT在帕金森病丘脑腹外侧核及苍白球腹后部毁损术中的定位作用。方法 :应用微电极导向技术 ,对 15 0例帕金森病患者行同侧丘脑腹外侧核及苍白球腹后部同期毁损术 ,术中CT影像学定位 ,测出毁损靶点三维空间的X、Y、Z值。结果 :术中靶点CT定位与微电极电生理记录的靶点吻合率达 80 % ,其余 2 0 %误差均小于 2mm。结论 :利用普通CT扫描 ,术中能准确地进行靶点的影像学定位。其费用较利用SPCT或MRI定位低 5 0 %左右
Objective: To investigate the localization of CT in the ventromedial ventricle of Parkinson’s disease and the dorsal lobes of the globus pallidus. Methods: The microelectrode-guided technique was used to detect the synaptic thalamic ventrolateral nucleus and globus pallidus posterior corpus luteum in 150 Parkinson’s disease patients. The CT images were located intraoperatively and the X, Y, Z value. Results: The coincidence rate of intraoperative target CT localization and the electrophysiological recording of microelectrode reached 80%, and the remaining 20% errors were less than 2mm. Conclusion: The use of ordinary CT scan, intraoperative imaging accurately target location. Its cost than using SPCT or MRI positioning low about 50%
