项目集管理是大型集团公司在短期内快速扩张,进行大规模项目建设时遇到的新问题,其管理模式、理念、方式均与传统的单项目管理不同。对中粮某项目集管理实践的研究表明,项目集管理的核心问题是项目集及其所属子项目的范围界定、责任矩阵的建立、项目过程的监控管理以及统一平台上的资源共享。在项目集的管理中,通过精细化、差异化管理,加强制度流程的培训和资源协同共享,可促进子项目团队快速成长,对项目集的整体管理水平产生重要作用。
Project management is a new problem encountered by large group companies in their rapid expansion in the short term and in the construction of large-scale projects. Its management mode, concept and approach are different from the traditional single-project management. The research on the management practices of a certain project in COFCO shows that the key problems of project management are the scope of the project and its subprojects, the establishment of the responsibility matrix, the monitoring and management of the project process and the sharing of resources on a unified platform. In the project management, the training of sub-project teams and the sharing of resources through finer and differentiated management can enhance the rapid growth of sub-project teams and play an important role in the overall project management.
