研究了氢氧化铝,氢氧化铝/三氧化二锑复配,氢氧化铝/氢氧化镁复配对EPDM硫化胶阻燃性能和力学性能的影响。结果表明,当氢氧化铝的用量为80份时,EPDM硫化胶的氧指数(OI值)可达到27%,但是力学性能明显下降;当氢氧化铝/三氧化二锑复配比例为2∶1,总量为80份时,EPDM的OI值可达27.6%,硫化胶拉伸强度为8.8MPa,拉断伸长率为360%,发烟量达到A级,燃烧速度为4.7cm/min,水平燃烧等级为FH-1级;当氢氧化铝/氢氧化镁复配时,EPDM的阻燃效果与氢氧化铝单独使用相当,当其总量为80份时,EPDM的OI值只有26%。
The effects of aluminum hydroxide, aluminum hydroxide / antimony trioxide complex and aluminum hydroxide / magnesium hydroxide mixture on flame retardancy and mechanical properties of EPDM vulcanizate were studied. The results show that the oxygen index (OI) of EPDM vulcanizates can reach 27% when the amount of aluminum hydroxide is 80 parts, but the mechanical properties decrease obviously.
