从探伤原理方面即灵敏度、声场覆盖情况、聚焦效果等进行了分析,并以常见的特例加工缺陷的曲线图说明大角度横波探伤不但有较高的灵敏度,而且能探测到各种形式的缺陷。重要的是,车轮在日常探伤中最常出现的危害性缺陷,均能利用大角度超声横波探伤方法探测出来。还通过几年的实践经验总结出利用该方法探伤时必须遵循的原则。
From the principle of detection, namely sensitivity, sound field coverage, focusing effect and so on were analyzed, and the common exception processing curve of the curve shows that high-angle transverse wave testing not only has high sensitivity, and can detect various forms of defects. Importantly, the most commonly occurring hazard defects of wheel wheels in routine flaw detection can be detected by the use of high-angle ultrasonic shear wave detection. Through several years of practical experience, it also summarizes the principles that must be followed when using this method for flaw detection.
