根据野外钻探揭露,中山市翠屏路人工填土下伏有饱和软土淤泥,平均层厚12.99米,道路设计考虑对现状路基进行必要的软基处理。由于项目场地淤泥厚度较大,不考虑换填或抛石挤淤法,提出水泥土搅拌桩法、排水固结法(塑料排水板)、CFG桩法三种典型处理方法进行比选,考虑到排水固结法对工期要求过长,市政工程难以满足,而CFG桩工程造价过高,不满足项目投资控制的要求,因此设计推荐采用水泥土搅拌桩法对翠屏路进行软基处理。经过地基沉降计算发现,推荐方案满足路基工后沉降≤10cm的要求。
